Stress is considered a recurring chronic disease. The main occupational stressors arise from environmental and organizational factors that generate physical, psychological, and behavioral symptoms in individuals, which, in addition to absences, can lead to suicide.
In the health sector, high levels of stress are recorded, and identifying stressors in the workplace is one of the major agents of change, facilitating the planning and implementation of actions to improve the quality of life and work for health service managers.
To train managers and professionals in the public and private health network to identify the causes of stressful events in their work routine and the coping strategies for these issues to promote professional development and improve quality of life.

She holds a degree in Nursing from Unisul, with a specialization in Nursing Assistance in Urgency and Emergency from Unesc; she has a Multiprofessional Specialization in Family Health from UFSC and a Master's degree in Collective Health from Unesc. She is a faculty member and tutor at Unesc in the Undergraduate and Multiprofessional Residencies in Collective Health (Primary Care and Psychosocial Care) programs.

Master's student in the Graduate Program in Production Systems at Uniplac/UNC/Unesc/Univille, specializing in Teaching for Professional Education from IFSC, in Business Management from Unesc, and in Graduate Studies for SUS Managers from ENSP and Fiocruz. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Executive Secretariat from Unesc. She has experience in strategic planning, university management, public health management, research and data analysis, and business consulting.
