Management of Health Offices and Clinics

CURSO

Presencial

Justification and Objectives

With the increasing demand from clients for better and more prepared service to meet their needs, clinic and office managers are faced with the challenge of managing their businesses. It is essential for clinic and office managers to be able to administer and develop a sustainable business, focusing on customer relationships, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Having a commercial vision is important, with an increase in average ticket size, an increase in the volume of consultations and/or services, productivity in working time, personal and career marketing vision, how to attract new patients and manage content, mastery of management tools, time management, knowledge of tax regimes, how to conduct recruitment, define processes, and manage and organize finances, as well as digital marketing and the importance of legal consulting.

The value proposition is the reason why a client chooses one company or product over others. In the case of clinics and offices, this is no different. There is a lot of competition in the market, and the healthcare professional who can meet expectations, fulfill needs, or resolve patients' "pain points" will stand out in their field. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the market in which one operates and offer innovative differentiators with unexpected benefits.
