Life Project as a Curricular Component – Module III

CURSO

In-person

Target Audience

This extension course is aimed at professionals who will be working in classrooms, in formal and informal spaces, and who are interested in improving their performance in the art of teaching-learning communication (TARGETED AT 1ST YEAR HIGH SCHOOL), relating to the Life Project (PDV), involving NLP, understanding the personality type of the student, and how to achieve greater concentration from students with ADHD, thus obtaining better results in this teaching-learning process.

Justification

The "Life Project" course is an educational approach aimed at helping participants reflect on their personal, professional goals, and values, as well as creating concrete plans to achieve these goals over time. This type of course is often offered in educational contexts, such as schools, universities, or personal and professional development programs.

General Objective

To empower professionals in the teaching-learning process, focused on the Life Project (PDV), in a broader way, understanding how the individual functions, perceiving personality, skills, and competencies, as well as deficiencies, through specific tools, and thereby employing the best and most appropriate techniques to achieve better results in their communication (remembering that the best communication is not about what I teach but rather what the other learns/understands).

Specific Objectives

  • To raise awareness among teachers of different subjects about the importance of new teaching methods;
  • To outline knowledge about issues involving personality types, language, within the teaching-learning process and its nuances as an integral part of school life;
  • To promote critical and reflective thinking about pedagogy and andragogy, regarding the new context that students come with backgrounds, experiences, and "information," highlighting the individual as part of family, state, society, and their contributions;
  • To develop skills that assist these professionals in new learning, equipping students with relevant competencies for today's world, such as critical thinking, creativity, effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability to change;
  • Personalizing learning: The new teaching-learning approach values the personalization of learning, that is, adapting the educational approach to the individual needs of students. Equipping teachers with this approach allows them to identify the characteristics, interests, and learning styles of each student, providing individualized support and creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Developing socio-emotional skills: The new teaching-learning approach emphasizes the development of socio-emotional skills in students, such as collaboration, critical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving. Training teachers in this approach enables them to incorporate these skills into their educational practices and help students develop them effectively;
  • To equip the professional (teacher) in the field with tools and skills that assist in the development of these individuals, the student body, to identify their abilities and thus enhance their competencies for professional and personal purposes, informing and assisting in their overall formation in various areas of life (PDV).
