Gisele Coelho Lopes

Doctorate in Administration from the University of Vale do Itajaí (2019). Master's in Administration from the University of Vale do Itajaí (2009). Specialist in People Management from UNESC (2006). Bachelor's in Administration with a focus on International Trade from UNESC (2003).

She is a professor in the Administration, International Trade, and Technology in Commercial Management courses in Distance Learning at the University of Extremo Sul Catarinense - UNESC.

She has been the Vice-Rector for Research, Graduate Studies, Innovation, and Extension at the University of Extremo Sul Catarinense - Unesc since September 2022. She was the Vice-Rector for Planning and Institutional Development at the University of Extremo Sul Catarinense - Unesc (2021).

She was the Chief of Staff of the Rectory at the University of Extremo Sul Catarinense - UNESC from 2017 to 2020. She was the Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Center at Unesc (2014-2021). She was an Academic Advisor at the Vice-Rectorate for Graduate Studies, Research, and Extension (Propex) (2014-2017). She was the Extension Coordinator of the Applied Social Sciences Unit (2013-2014). She was a professor in the Fashion Design and Style Technology course at the National Service for Learning - Criciúma/SC (2004-2015).

She is a Speaker, Behavioral Analyst, and Business Consultant. She works in the areas of strategic management, organizational crisis management, people management, process and operations management, innovation and entrepreneurship, and quality management.
