A plural university committed to dialogue as the foundation of democracy, Unesc is guided by the principle of political neutrality. The institution also emphasizes that its positions are communicated to the public only through official channels: the website www.unesc.net and the profile @unescoficial on social media.
Pages, profiles, accounts, and printed or digital materials that use the name Unesc, the brand, or elements of the Institution's visual identity without authorization do not represent the University, and the information disseminated by them does not reflect its position, according to Resolution No. 57/2022/Rectory.
During this election period, Unesc reaffirms its commitment to legislation and its status as a non-partisan institution. In this regard, to ensure safety on the Institution's premises, the University does not authorize political activities on campus, according to Resolution No. 01/2016/Consu.
We count on everyone's support to ensure that Unesc remains a safe space for respectful coexistence and open to a diversity of ideas.
