DDH promotes training in corporate writing and AI for employees

The Human Development Department (HDD) at Unesc conducted two training sessions for the Human Development Program (PROADH) 2026 aimed at enhancing the professional skills of the University staff.

On August 24, at the Cities Laboratory of the Scientific and Technological Park (Iparque), the training session "Best Practices in Corporate Writing" was held, led by Leandro de Bona Dias. The activity focused on developing writing suitable for different situations in the institutional environment.

"In the workplace, each message needs to fulfill its purpose. Clear, objective, and appropriate communication facilitates understanding, reduces noise, and strengthens professional image. Writing clearly also means communicating efficiently," emphasized Leandro.

On September 4, at the Teaching Block, also in Iparque, the training session "AI Tools for the Corporate Environment" took place, led by the coordinator of the Administration course, Thiago Francisco, and by the master's professor from the Graduate Program in Socioeconomic Development (PPGDS), Jeanderson Bombaza.

"Artificial intelligence is already part of the work routine. Knowing how to use its tools practically and responsibly can help optimize tasks, organize information, and find new ways to perform work," highlighted Professor Thiago Francisco.
