Health control, auditing, and regulation

Target Audience

Health professionals and related fields (with undergraduate degrees).

Objectives

To qualify and certify health professionals for interdisciplinary work, enabling them to act competently, critically, reflectively, creatively, innovatively, and ethically within the context of control, evaluation, and auditing of the Unified Health System (SUS), providing technical-scientific improvement and expanding the University’s participation in developing strategies to strengthen and consolidate the SUS.

To enhance the technical-scientific training of health professionals in the areas of control, evaluation, and auditing; to qualify professionals for coordination roles in the control, evaluation, and auditing of the SUS; to equip professionals to construct, propose, implement, develop, and evaluate assistance, management, and educational proposals in a cooperative and interdisciplinary manner; to revitalize management and investigative processes developed at the state and municipal levels; and to encourage the participation of professionals and the community in reshaping public health policies.
