Aline Eyng Savi

Dedicated and committed professor studying the influence of architecture on the health of its users, particularly in long-term care environments.

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism. Holds a PhD and a master's degree from the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism - Project and Technology of the Built Environment (PósARQ) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Since 2009, she has been a full-time professor in the Architecture and Urbanism Course at the University of Southern Santa Catarina (CAU/UNESC).

She is part of the research group: GPDECC - Research Group on Performance of Structures and Civil Construction, focusing on the performance of architectures, assistive technologies, and architectural accessibility. She coordinates the Assistive Technology Observatory, a Cnpq project, along with research and extension projects in this area.

As a person with a disability, she is a digital influencer for inclusion. She actively works on promoting legislation that impacts the built environment in favor of accessibility, particularly architectural accessibility.
