The Teacher Learning Community held another meeting last Thursday (October 15), this time focusing on the theme "Reflections on Conflict Management." The activity brought together teachers for a discussion on how to handle tense situations in the educational context.
The presentation was led by Professor Tamires Bressan, who addressed the conflict scale, strategies for conflict management, and challenging situations experienced in daily teaching.
Following this, participants shared experiences and engaged in dialogue on the topic, creating a collective knowledge-building moment and deepening discussions on ways to manage conflicts in the educational routine.
