Teaching Learning Community at Unesc promotes reflection on the challenges of pedagogical practice

The exchange of experiences and collective reflection on the challenges of teaching were on the agenda at another meeting of the Teaching Learning Community at Unesc, held this Thursday (10/8). With the theme "Case Studies as a Pedagogical Strategy," the activity brought together professors in a proposal focused on analyzing situations from academic daily life and jointly constructing possible solutions.

The opening was led by the Director of In-Person Education, Gislene Camargo, and the pedagogical advisor, Ana Paula Silva dos Santos, who presented the proposal and contextualized the activities planned for the meeting.

Following that, participants were divided into four groups for the reading and analysis of case studies developed by the Education Directorate and the Pedagogical Advisory. The materials presented situations related to teaching routines, accompanied by guiding questions to stimulate discussion and the search for alternatives.

Learning built in groups

The activity utilized a station rotation dynamic, where groups circulated among different tables to analyze the cases, share perceptions, and engage in dialogue with other professors. This methodology favored contact with different viewpoints and the collective construction of strategies to address the challenges presented.

The proposal also created space for educators to relate the situations discussed to their own experiences, broadening the possibilities for reflection on pedagogical practices and the approaches adopted in the university environment.

This initiative is part of the actions of the Teaching Learning Community, a space dedicated to the ongoing training of Unesc professors, the sharing of experiences, and the development of pedagogical practices aligned with the needs of higher education.
